☆ HEALTHY FALL BREAKFAST RECIPES ☆

⌲bake sweet potato at 400 degrees fahrenheit for 50 minutes. mix pecans figs and cinnamon in food processor and blend till granola-like texture. yelp granola in oven with sweet potato for last 10 minutes. mix sweet potato, pumpkin spice, hemp seeds, plant milk, maple syrup, and almond butter in blender. blend till gentle. high with granola, pumpkin seeds, and apple.

✧ APPLE MAPLE “OATMEAL” ✧
macros: 807 energy (61 c, fifty six f, 23 p)

Three tbsp hemp seeds
Three tbsp shredded coconut
2 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp sliced almonds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/Three shredded apple
1/4cashew milk
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 c diced apples
1 tsp cinnamon
Three tbsp dried cranberries
Handful walnuts
⌲mix hemp seeds, coconut, flax, almonds, shredded apple, cinnamon, plant milk, and maple syrup in pot. heat on medium heat, stirring as soon as in some time. add diced apple and cinnamon to 2nd pot. heat on medium heat with lid on for five-10 minutes till apples rep juicy. high “oatmeal” with steamed apples, cranberries, and walnuts.
